Returns – Triple Trading ApS

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all returns of goods purchased from Triple Trading are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Condition of Goods

· Returned goods must be in saleable condition.

· Goods that are damaged or otherwise unsuitable for sale will not be accepted.

2. Return Fee

· A handling fee of DKK 60 per sales unit will be charged for all returns.

· This fee covers handling and the cost of arranging the collection of the goods by Triple Trading.

3. Return Procedure

· Customers must contact Triple Trading’s customer service to arrange return authorization and collection.

· Goods must be securely packaged in their original packaging.

· Triple Trading will arrange collection from the customer’s premises.

· Customers must ensure that goods are ready for collection at the agreed time.

Triple Trading reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By returning goods, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
